This work gets to the core of our healing, we're not just working to ease symptoms. A session consists of personalized Yoga Asanas (poses) and Therapeutic Yoga, which blends restorative yoga (supported postures), breathwork, hands-on healing, energy work and guided meditation techniques. Spinal health is the priority as we move through the practice. You will leave with tools for everyday life to restore healthy alignment and freedom from pain.
